GROUP CLASSES

Wednesdays: 8:30 am – Yoga for Strength on Zoom
This class is vigorous at some points, but modifications are offered for all levels. Poses target the big muscle groups, calories are burned, but then restorative poses follow periodically to allow the lactic acid to release. For example, a plank might be held for 60 seconds, a section to target the abs may last 5 minutes, balance poses are held longer… You really need to GIVE IT A TRY!  You will get long and lean.

Thursdays: 5:00 pm – Yoga for the Back on Zoom
You are as young as your spine is supple and pain free! Introducing my new class designed to help your back feel better. A great class for golfers, tennis players, pickle ball players, runners and cyclists, as well as those who have sedentary jobs. This yoga sequence includes tools to assist in healing your back NOW, as well as preventative care for the the future. The gentle practice will help reduce pain, strengthen your core and back muscles, release your hamstrings, lubricate your hips and will also address the thoracic and cervical spine.

Saturdays: 9 am – Gentle Flow on Zoom
This class is designed for Beginners to Intermediate practitioners and will be a fusion of gentle flow and hatha. This gentle flow practice will be slow and intentional, holding poses longer in the Hatha tradition.  Modifications will be included for all levels utilizing props and breath.

All classes are 60 min w/ the exception of Yoga for the Back (50 min); all classes in ET


PRIVATE LESSONS

In person: $80 for 1 lesson; $140 for 2 lessons; $360 for 6 lessons

Zoom: $65 for 1 lesson; $120 for 2 lessons; $300 for 6 lessons

Private sessions include a 15 minute breathing and needs assessment and written prescription of suggested postures to practice. (Many students will wish to continue privates while others, will transfer to an ongoing yoga program in the community.)

Family Rates: $85/hour for 3-6 family members

Business, Social Events, or Children’s Parties:
$125/hr for up to 15 participants; $150/hr for 15–20 participants
